clutch problem..i think

for the past few days my truck his made grinding/ jumping feel to it. it only does it when im at a dead stop and start accelerating it almost seems that it is grinding or hopping into gear. it doesnt seem to matter if i start in first or second. sometimes it does it in reverse. i dont know if it is the clutch or not but it is my first guess. anyone have ideas.

Is it grinding or going into gear when its sitting in neutral or when you have the clutch pedal pushed in? Does the pedal kind of stick to the floor, or not spring back into place?

Quick question while in neutral does it make any racket.like a whirring sound and I would just check your clutch master cyldr for fluid and leaks at slave too while this is probably unrelated.If you wind it up in each gear meaning top it out speed wise and you feel it slip,or racket I would say probably clutch.I do not want to recommend tons and be way off.What kind of mileage does the truck have on clutch if you know.I won't point to driveline or rear end based on what u said.
