Hell yeah...good luck. The pysical part has got me a bit worried...

What have you been studying? In my "study guide" I was given it looks like the test is kinda like a graduation test with some situational questions instead of geography.

yeah im not worried about the physical part looks like to be alot of carrying things up stairs but hey i do that everday at my job lol so i got that covered and u are not in a compotittion with anyone one person its a timed event u do it under the time period then u move onto the interviews. but theb test was a mix of question but most ?s were dealing with situations and how u would handle them. in my study guide it told me to answer all these question as if i was on a team no never put myself in the answers so that helped

Your a bit bigger then I am, but I saw some small and scrawny looking FF's yesterday, so I'm becoming less worried about the physical aspect of the test, I just gotta buff up on my cardio and maybe hit the weights a little just to get back into the swing of things.

yeah im just going to do some good ol famers walks that will get ur back and shoulders ready for anything

famers walk = get the heaviest weight u can carry on each arm and walk as far as u can with the dumbells on both sides of u. then just drop them when u cant go no further
