What is this screw/adjustment?

Not sure what this screw is for. Mixture adjustment maybe. I heard there was 2 of them. One phillips style and one flat head style.

phillips idle speed.
flat one idle mixture.
Something like that

Thanks, I can have my car in 1st or reverse, slowly let off the clutch without touching the accelerator and car will start to go. I thought adjusting one of those screws might fix that.

It's supposed to do that.
What would your ideal be? Stall after creeping out the clutch?
They're pretty torquey little engines, as long as it idles smoothly I'd say leave em be

OK, I just never had a car that did that before. Usually if I let off the clutch without pressing the gas the car would die. I'll leave it alone. Thanks
