Hello, so my 88 b2200 has 212k miles and finally crapped out, My compression was 60-112-114-113, and you can tell due to how much it smokes. I found a good deal from a friend on a second gen Courrier engine, it is all stock. What would I have to do to get that engine into my Mazda? the swap comes with whole engine, intake, carb, exhaust manifold, down pipe, belt setup and accessories. I know its not a power improvement, or gas mileage improvement, I want to do it in hopes it will be less work than rebuilding my current engine.

Thanks in advance

If it's the motor I'm thinking of, tuna has a second Gen courier and I think the motor mounts are way different and you would probably need the bell housing from the transmission... Don't quote me on it though. and I know the throttle linkage is mechanical instead of cable so that might be an issue. Best bet In my eyes is to rebuild what you have. Shouldn't cost a whole lot.
