I'm new to the site, but nice work on the truck dude, I got 2 xtra cabs and I'm new to these trucks well I've had them before but never lowered them, I did lower them yesterday with 3" blocks in the back and just turnded the torsion bars up front it did lower them a little but not to my specs, I gotta search and do the "monoleaf" and "spline" the front gotta do a search on how to do that ..

How far did you turn your torsion bars? The are little notches on the end of them (splines). I turned mine 3, but I think after I mono-leaf I'll turn them another notch.

splines? hmm i just loosened my torsions down to where i wanted it. an removed the bump stop.

yea testing waters.. i think i'm just gunna keep it then when i get a job i'll save up for a 88-94 Toyota ext cab 4x4.
