Phatkix '89 b2600 re-rebuild.

So It's about time I started a thread about my truck. I've had this beast for something like 7 years, it's been built and taken apart too many times. It hasn't been on the road in 4 years and this summer it is time for some sparks.

It's got a 2.5 inch body drop, custom 3 link rear, rebuilt 2.6 with harmonic balancer delete, pacesetter header, and some other crap I can't remember.... Used to be shaved, box got smashed, now I have two new boxes that I need to decide 100% what to do with.

My brother and I stripped the truck down to bare bones for a coat of custom baby purple paint. After we reassemble it we'll spray two more coats of paint and some clear with heaps of pearl.

People told me it looks like it's grey..... It snowed the other day, what do you think? I think not.

That's looking good man. I can see the purple, it's faint in the pics, but it's there. My truck is Celery Green and it's hard to tell in the pics. Hope you get it done soon.

i can see a very faint shade of purple, but it does look mostly grey

kool man looks good keep up the work. do you mean sparks from draggin it - it's going to be done and rollin this summer? or sparks from more serious frame or other work/customizing? lol
