I'll need to either make or buy new rockers for sure, and patch the body. I may just buy a new bed but I'm going to remove the paint in the bad areas to see how bad it is first.



Probably will swap out these doors. I prefer having handles on my dailies.

I'm going to be replacing the frame, or a back half but the whole frame will most likely need replaced.

It may look bad but it won't be to bad. The motor runs really strong!

yes it does look bad, but you knew that already, and the frame work was partly in the plans anyways... if you want to bag it, you had to do rear frame tweaking anyways, so yeah, make a new rear frame and not worry about it! (or start with another frame)

now how does frame work work with safety inspection? you just need to get a frame/body shop to check it out and sign off that it's done proper?

please, in Georgia you can get your tag renewed with a huge crack running down the center of the windshield, one functional headlight dim as hell, shattered blinkers, dragging muffler, bungee corded door and bouncing bed just as long as that little engine light stays off. there is no such thing as a safety inspection here.
