Custom made intake, Varajet carb (half a Quadrajet) 87 re-engineered B2200 distributor. I made the carb filter housing, even rolled the metal cross tube. Valve cover vent tube connection on the back side.

Now to rewire the a/c circuit, less the none existent computer. Then manicure the wiring and vacumn lines. Will retain vacumn canister for fuel tank line.

Right pictures wrong place.
I bought this poorly running, great looking '93 B2600 extended cab to do the swap. I checked compression on the engine, 150# per cylinder! I decided to lose the bot and get it running, figuring I could sell the "see it run before you buy it" engine on Craigslist. I had the intake I made for previous 2600. I put it on. I designed it for a Rochester Varajet (half a quadrajet) off an '86 Jeep 2.8. I rebuilt the Varajet and installed it.
I modified a distributor from an '86 2200 engine, now bot free. Problem is it runs so good, there is no way I can pull the engine for the swap!
Now waiting to run across another $600 B2600 extended cab for the engine swap.

I have been working on cars for 30+ years. I can't, for the life of me, figure out why you keep calling the ECM "bot." What gives?
