b2600 bagged and bodied

hello my name is aaron and this is my 1998 mazda, its the last year this shape was sold in australia.
its going to be my daily/work truck, nothing wild just clean and simple.
i got it for $500 with a blown head gasket and fixed it for $300. drove it stock for 2 years then 18 months ago i took it off the road to bag and body it.
first thing i did was bodydrop the cab. i used the tech article seth did for minitruckin as a guide.

next i moved onto the bags, i copied what a friend of mine did on the front of another mazda

had to pie cut the uppers

the rear was next and i wanted to keep stock tank location and have bag on bar so i designed a 5 link and had a local truck shop make it. i took it home and fitted it up. i made all the link tabs and bag brackets.

i tubbed the front, relocated everything in the engine bay and painted it.
thats where i am up to at the moment. i have not got a bed for it so i need to get one asap.

nice work......but i think you need to re-angle the wishbone so that its parellel with the lower link bars. at lift the rear end is pitching downward and messing up your pinion angle.

Very nice work. Was this truck a gas/lpg hybrid? That was a huge tank in the rear.

The wishbone is parallel it just looks messed up in that pic. It's at 3 deg pointing down through the entire travel. It's fine at ride height.
Yes the truck was on LPG, I worked at a place that fitted lpg to cars and actually fitted this car when it was new in 98. That is how I came to own it, the owner blew the head gasket in 06 and towed it to us then couldn't afford to fix it so I got it for $500.
