MURTLE (stock now~? 91b2200)

figured i would start this out since i got the beast going! This was a truck we had donated to us for our non profit group that had a head gasket out. Well now the head gasket is replaced, all the vac leaks have been found, all NEW exhaust, and carb has been tuned.

1)Static drop
2)full custom paint job
3)shave gas door, door handles, tailgate handle
4)Custom tonneau cover
5)nissan rims
6)some painted interior

Completion date for above mods? 8-1-11

knew a guy that had a red white and blue paint job cut at the body lines..imo it didnt look good,but i bet theres more out there that do look good

Picked up some 03 escalade rims and 205x50 tires! will be grinding tabs on sat and installing then too. pics to come sunday!

Just did my tabs last night. Not a hard job really, although the rear is more time consuming than the front. But the fact that it was around 100 degrees here yesterday didn't help the cause at all. It was so hot today, that I stayed inside all day.....

ah crap, i use photobucket and for some reason it doesnt let me pick my photos to upload? they show almost as not being highlighted? I did get it done! have to try again tom. for photos. I like it! The only PITA is the rear drums two large chunks of metal to grind off on each drum. but if you go back and forth like a seasaw motion it cuts faster.

removed the sliding window, and old BEAT up tailgate. installed a one piece rear window, the wife knows how to do it now LOL. She helped!!! still cant get my rims photos to upload?!?!?! i dont get it? I used photo bucket for the window pic too?

WHATS THE DEAL WITH OUR ALTERNATORS?? mine went out, and when i went to advanceauto.com it also recommends a 73-87 chevy alternator???? NO ONE around here has a b2200 alt. anyone know of a cheap replacement or tried the chevy one?
