i had fogs on my truck before the accident... i just found a set from autozone that fit where the bumpers signals go... cause i relocated my turn signals to the corner markers... also wired them up with a relay so they would have full power, but had a on/off switch wired up, and the relays got signal from the running light switch. so when i turned off my lights the fog lights wouldnt be able to remain on, but at the same time had that second switch in place so i didnt always have to run with the fogs on when the running lights were on... i could go either way...

yah i need to do the blinker mod anyways. thanks man. i didnt think about doing it the way you did

when i relocated the turns to the corner markers i used a set of the 1157 sockets out of a set of tails lights that i specifically pulled out of the junkyard just for that purpose. i found that the replacement sockets that the auto parts stores offered sucked compared to the factory sockets and always had issues with the bulb not making contact 100% of the time, even 60% of the time is pushing the reliability of the replacement sockets. if you do the swap, grab you a set of the brake light sockets from a set of tails at a junkyard. you wouldnt be happier with anything else.

oh, and having the relay wired in to give full voltage to the fogs made them waaay brighter than just powering them off the running light circuit...

nice man, im not feeling the clear ones, but i think im gonna go with yellows, and maybe cut the hole a tad bigger, so i can get a bigger fog,

one more ? anyone ever ran a front lip? like a add on? iv been searching but have not found anything on it. i wonder what car has a lip thats close to the size of our truck bumper.......
