need help evening out!!!!

i just got the truck last summer my budy built it and sold it and the boy who bought it ran off in a ditch sence then the control arm is twisted ive re indexed the tortion bars and new lower bal joint cud that control arm twisted or bent be the ishue is why my truck is half inch lower on that side no mater how mutch u adjust the tortion bars???

Check out your rear shackles one might have slide back. Thats how my single cab is. No matter what i do in the front the rear is always off. And that effects the front too
