White Out

I purchased this 93 in early January for 1200 with gas mileage in mind.My chevy dually gets 10/12 mpg so this truck should pay for itself in the long run with a 40 mile commute to work.

So far I have added a passenger mirror and chrome tailgate handle to the outside.I performed a full tuneup and replaced the timing belt/water pump.Today I put a cd player(wow it had uncut stereo wiring!)with the correct wiring adapters.Also replaced a melted speedometer cable.I have purchased quite a few parts from members here already.I am really enjoying this site.

Went to get some parts today,complete front 4x cap,including bumper caps.It had an aftermarket chrome grille.Got a tach cluster(26k miles),spare speedo cable,center console and all the chrome you can think of.Also a timing cover,valve cover and spare tailgate.

The best part,17x8 eagle alloys with rubber band tires.And get this,I paid $250 for it all.Pics for proof tommorrow.

The above wheels are 17x8.If I run a tire that is equal to the height of the stock setup will it look like ass?I cannot slam this truck..yet.Want to run the rims with the speedo and gas mileage not changing.

I went to the tire calculator,but you cant tell what it will look like on the truck,rim.

Nice haul!! You even got the chrome inner door handles (rare). Too bad Mike punched holes in the hood for pins...not that it can't be fixed. On the wheels, do a very slight drop and the larger tires won't look bad. It's still too bad he scrapped that truck, though. You need to sell me the tailgate, though...I swear that's the one off my old truck!!
