Finally found the culprit, I have 3 leaky valve seats. I've been losing oil after letting the truck run for a while. 3 of the spark plugs have always been covered in oil and fouled. I pulled the head and sure enough my valves were caked in burnt oil. I decided I'm just going to have the head rebuilt. Got priced out at $140 for a complete rebuild and inspection. I figured I'll go that route, although a brand new head is pretty tempting. Thanks for all of the input and help I appreciate it!
