I dont use a lower plate at all. I just build up the arm from the bump on it to where the balljoint bolts are so its all flat. The lower your bag is on that lower arm the more lift you can get before the upper arm hits something. I have also seen people cut the arm so the lower plate fits flush into the arm.

Ok... I didn't think they were correct.... now I need to figure out why the modshop shipped me those ones. I might use the bottom plate and make it flush like tuckn said.

They shipped you the right brackets just they are missing the 2 inch flat stock bars that usually come in a kit. Most people don't use the bars any way and weld the lower circe plates to the lower control arm.

Well in the beginning I was just going to bag, shave a few things and paint it..... well me being me changed my mind lol. So tonight I got the dash out, fenders and front end off.... looks like im going all out on this thing. Im going to body drop it to the pinch molds and maybe do an engine swap.... not sure which one yet. Shaving the firewall and making it a roadster. Hopefully ill have it done by April. Ill have some pics up and odds and ends for sale when I get a little farther with some progress.

pointless to post what you did without posting pictures so we can see. its like toddluck's thread. 30 pages of bs and maybe 5 pages of pictures.
