Look at the video (toward the beginning) where he explains where the vac hose hooks up below the carb. I had mine hooked up to the port above the intake...and the one he shows that's hooked up to the vac advance...I had plugged...so I had them in reverse order of how he shows it. I just went outside and swapped it and WOW...what a difference. The secondary actually makes a difference now and you get instant throttle response. Maybe I'm the only guy here who did it that way and maybe it's old news...but maybe it might help someone...
