I have an 87 B2000 and an 89 Ford Ranger both short bed standard cabs I would like to use the wheels i just bought for Mazda on my Ranger because i have decided to do a 5 lug conversion on the B2000. My question is does anyone know if it would be possible to take my rear axle from the B2000 and put it on the Ranger and like wise put the Ranger axle on the B2000? Also does anyone know if the spindles and rotors and everything from the B2000 fit on the front end of the Ranger? I would appreciate any info or anybody who could point me in the right direction to find information. Thanks, Cory

Yes. With a lot more work than you're hoping for though. It's not going to be a "bolt-on 'n' go" type of deal. If you're dead set on using the 6-lug wheels on the Ranger, use some adapters. Easier and cheaper.

^ agreed but bolt on spacers/adapters will only work if the truck can handle another 1" of poke that the bolt on spacers/adapters will provide. Better off selling the wheels or getting bolt on spacers than trying to do the hub conversion imo

I believe the Ranger rear end is much wider too. The front suspensions are completely different, if you were going from 94 Mazda to 93-94 Ranger it would bolt on. Your Ranger has Ibeams where as your Mazda has control arms.
