So here it is. In all its glory. I've already taken the bed off, seats out, and started removing the front end. Got the Weber carb off and sent it to be gone through. How about the rusty frame? Its getting a new frame from the firewall back using 2" X 3" 1/4" wall tubing. I aint doin' this again anytime soon.
As I make more progress, I'll post more pics. Hopefully....

Now that's some rust! Good luck with the back half, if I were to do another mini truck, that's the route i'd take instead of doing a standard notch. How's the front half of the frame?

The front half is good. I'd rather not mess wit it anyway. I might rework the A arms though. I figure I might as well replace the stock tall frame under the cab with the 2" X 3" stuff so it will be about 1" from layin rocker. I'd like to body drop it another 2+" later on.

I've ready got the bags, air line, gauges, tank, valves, and an engine driven compressor. I still need the 4 link, watts link, bag brackets, some new shocks, and switch box. I just picked up a #125 tank of C25 and a spool of .035 wire yesterday and some more sawzall blades today. Next I gotta rearrange the garage and then it's goin in.

Thinking about powder coating my escalade wheels flat black. What do you all think?

I've considered it before but mine are chrome and theyre in too good of shape so I haven't but I like the idea and I would like to see it done

Nice. In for updates.

The only updates I can come up with for now is that I got some graph paper and a few other supplies so I can lay out all the frame and 4link stuff for measurement purposes. I'll post pics of that so everyone can use them if need be.

The only new pics I have yet. Been busy but hopefully this weekend I'll have a little time to work on it.
