HID problems

ok i bought an HID kit for my mazdog and i installed them and they didnt work it looks like im missing a wire but it all hooks up like its suppose to im a lil confused all the plugs match up but they wont come on any ideas thnks guys

what brand you get? check your grounds

its a durtec kit and i checked and all the grounds look good but the three prong plug that normally would have three metal ends sticking out of it only has two ends could the one thats missing be a ground and could i jst ground it to the truck frame or would that likley mess the kit up?

yep if there are only 2 prongs that could be your problem Hid is polarity sensitive. i cant remember which one is ground on the mazda. just have to check it with a test light. ground test light to the body turn the lights on. which ever prong doesent illuminate the test light, that is your ground. ive ran into problem puttin hids on my 86 f150.

6000k? you might be able to fly under the radar. thats what i got on my 86 f150. i love em. of course signs just about melt off the post. but the main thing is i can see better. not really brighter but a lot more clarity. im eventually gona put hids in my 91 b22's ranger lites. the brand on my 86 is sportiva its a/c hid with dual function. for the hi and low beam functions

quick question what year ranger lights fit the 90 b2600 and is it hard to swap em over and keep the mazda grille and how would i do it?
