1991 B2200 350 Official Start Lucy

Well i been on the site for a few years admired several rides, spent hours and hours looking at insane builds, so I figured it was time for me to step up to the plate. I am in no way a professional metal fabricator or a mechanic but I learn pretty fast and that's how I'm going with this build. I work for an electrical testing company and I work lot of hours and I travel a lot but i plan on at least having this thing running by this summer and drivable to see the turkey drag this year in it. Any help or suggestions is greatly appreciated.
