Blacked Out 93 Mazda B2200 Build

Yep, so i am gonna start a project thread to get some assistance and also share my experience with everyone. I got rear-ended a few weeks ago, and so now this 1,000$ check is going to assist me with the front end bag setup... I am so sick of riding like a go-kart and beating the shit out of my truck. The rear has air shocks right now, so thats not bad...

I have replaced everything possible mechanical; It has a new 5 Speed, Clutch, Slave Cyl, Pressure Plate, Radiator, Weber 32/36 DGEV, Pacesetter Header, Timing Belt, Timing Idler Pullies, Water Pump, Ignition Wires, Plugs, Cap, Rotor, Electric Fan Upgrade, and so much more I cannot think of off the top of my head.

So much work to be done now that I got hit the other day, damaged the bed and roll pan pretty bad.. I need alot of sheet metal. I also did carpet my interior and some dynamat did some painting and stuff, still loads to do.

What is the key slot in the dash on the left of your steering wheel (last pic). My B just has a plastic cover there never seen a key slot there? Did you move your ignition switch to that location?

I always thought it was for a manual choke in other countries.

Not a key slot? I think you mean the toggle for my electric fan its a bypass of the radiator coolant sensor if it acts up which it does often in summer but never need it during winter

Glad to see you didn't sell it. I was eyeballing it on Craigslist. Your in Mooresville right, not to far from me about 10 min or so im up in Cleveland. My truck is also blacked out, wish I had my engine like yours.

I dont have a cab interior shot at the moment but this is a close to an "interior" shot.



I just picked up a center billet grill and a junk yard grill to cut up. I just have no time to cut and fit it. Pic of it layed over the stock JY grill.



any tips on installing this billet grill? I am just going to make a cardboard template and go from there, suggestions?

Yeah mooresville its up for sale but I'm having it bagged now once the ride quality is back I may keep it.

I need to get a new grill to,.... And my motor was lots of time and money slowly over a few years...
