86 B2000 back to DD

I'm working on making my mazda driveable again. Not but a month ago I wasn't sure if I was better off to rebuild it or just buy another one.

Well tonight I pulled a leaf outta the leaf pack and adjusted the front alignment. So a work in progress.

After I put the bed on for the third time I was installing the taillights and smelled fuel. Checked it oht and the original fuel tank has rusted to the point where it has holes in it. They are at the back of the tank just above the pinch line. (Where the two halves meet)

Looks like its coming along nicely!

It's getting there. Taking it for its first drive today. I have gone to town (15 miles) note I'm thinking about going back and then coming back to town again. Feels good. Tires need balacned and some sheet metal needs tightened up. But all in all it feels nice.

EDIT: on the way back home the brakes went straight to the floor lol. So much for driving back to town lol.

Well about 3 or 4 weeks ago itook the Mazda for a cruis into town. On the return trip brake went out. Go figure, master Cylinder went out. Not a big deal but the weather got bad so i put the project on hold.
