Trying to get the right fit on my 1987 Mazda B2000 with some 18" Titans Rims? 6 lugs no problem, they fit but I have spacers on and I know something needs to be cut inside of the rim but I don't know what? It's killing me lol Does anyone know what I need to cut so I can make this project go smoother? & the rim can fit flat on and I can finally get all 4 wheels balanced and get a better ride on the highway?

The rim sticks out and I know it fits flush inside the wheel fender. I have seen them on other B2000's but always on the opposite side of the road lmao, what luck? Passing me lol

If anyone has any input please do share. Would so much appreciate it.

Show some love my friends!

Thank you,

Dave

you grind the tabs off. there is 4 tabs on each corner inside the wheel studs. takes about an hour to do all 4.

you mean inside the wheel itself on the other side?

What Angus pointed you to. Haven't done it yet as I run Nissan wheels that have a large center bore.

Honestly the easiest thing to do is run a 1/4" router rabbeting bit around the interior bore on the rim. It ends up hubcentric. Thats how I did mine.

This is the best image I could find to show the bit I used. Basically you just swap out the bearing to be a 1/4" cut and set your router to trim just enough to fit over the tabs on the truck.

Took all of 2 minutes per rim, and they'd sit stable on the hub while you were tightening the lugs.
