Posi traction rear end possible?

Hey guys, with the recent snow I have been having issues getting around. My friend in a rwd vehicle equiped with posi traction was having no problems at all and I began to wonder if its possible for my 1990 b2200 2wd. Is it as simple as swapping rearends with something else that is a straight swap? If so what should I be on the lookout for? My other concerns are if I will have to change lug patterns.

All I know is this 1 wheel spinning on the ice is getting old quick.

You can swap out your center section with one from a RX-7 with LSD. The RX-7 has a longer pinion, though, so you have to get your driveshaft shortened. I believe it's 2nd gen RX-7s ppl get them from.
