Hey guys, I have a '89 B2200 and i want to lower it, but I know nothing about it, or where to even start, so I would appreciate it if I could get some info.

There are a lot of write-ups on this forum.

There are two ways to lower these trucks, static, or air bags.

Static lowering reduces ride quality and is not worth it IMO. (But is cheap and gets that couple inches many are after)

Air bags require extensive modification and a hefty amount of cash. Definitely not a mod to do for a daily driver and you could expect it to be off the road for at least a few months.

Which are you interested in?

I would suggest reading through some of the members rides or build logs to get a good handle on what it takes. Don't know any off the top of my head.
