i have a sticky window what do i use to loosen it up

i took and spayed wd40 on the parts that move and in the tracs

Pull the door panel off and look in the tracks. Bet you see some filthy partially dried up grease and a lot of dirt particle build up. Clean that shit all out. Every last bit. Then take some white lithium grease and lightly oat the tracks and rollers. Work the window up and down. Should roll MUCH better after that unless there is a bent or broken section of track (my Civic had that issue, apparently a common problem).

this is a common prob i saw alot as a auto glass installer..its actually your run channel (the rubber the glass slides in) they get a build up of crap in there and the cause the window to bind. i usually pull those out and clean them up good with some soap and water then lube em up with some sillicone spray.. the cleaner you keep those the easyer it gose up and down and less wear and tear on the regulator .
