U joints

Anybody had any luck changing u joints? I've had several shops tell me they are non-replaceable u joints?....never heard of it!! Anybody got any ideas/suggestions?

they are right you have to either replace or have your driveline modified

got them replaced by a local machine shop. total with parts was $59.50. He said they weren't MEANT to be replaced...but that doesn't mean you can't replace them!! You just have to find a machine shop willing to do it.
