Replacement wirefeed wheels

It's hard to believe how fast time has gone but I've had my welder for almost 10 years now. Have you guys ever had to replace the wire feed cog? I'm not sure if that's the name.

I was having trouble with my welder giving me a constant wire feed and it seems that the cog on the wire motor has worn down to where it doesn't grab the wire like it use to.

Just wondering how often that part needs replaced. It's starting to look worn.

if it's the wire feed rollers your talking about, yes, they wear out. been a while since i bought some but i think they were like $25 for my miller

Yeah i would look around for parts for your manufacturer. Most welder parts can be easily had.
