???Need to buy and plumb fuel line????

I am getting to the point in plumbing and wiring my truck up. The issue I encountered is the newer truck I pulled the parts off of had messed up fuel line. I was wondering what material of fuel line is recommended to replace the factory line? Any suggestions?

Also the motor is fuel injected 2.3 liter 4 cylinder out of a 94 Ford Ranger...I know the fuel psi output spec is 30-40 psi

Stainless steel tubing, maybe 1/4 inch diameter.
