my 87 b26 feels rather scary on the highway as it was given to me with a bad alignment but it also feels real wandery and sketchy at times. i am going to go have an alignment done but i was wondering if there is anyone wo has felt this sensation and kows if there are some bushings i should check and or replace before i have the alignment done so the front end feels solid and true. if needed i can take a shot of how the tires are worn/cupped if that will give an indication of whats worn. just need some help before i waste any cash and hoping someone here knows by experience. thanks tons guys.

What is your setup is it factory, lifted or lowered?

you should probably just "shake" the front end....by this i mean check everything...inner and outer tie rods..ball joints...sway bar end links, anything that could be loose...if any of these parts are bad you cant get the alignment anyway...cant get the settings right with loose parts. Sway bar end links wont effect your alignment..but if they are bad they should be replaced anyway.
