The reed valve filters on the front of my air box are in bad shape; clogged and torn. Is it possible to remove and plug these and keep the stoke carb. I also cant find them anywhere, if some one has some i would be interested in buying.

thanks in advance,

Cody

Cody - I've got the complete air cleaner/reed valves assembly available, stored in a box. I'll try to take some photos for you within a few days. PM with offer if interested.

Man you have everything, ive been reading alot on here and it seems you have about every part someone needs. let me know what you will take, i have know idea what is worth. i did find them new at jim ellis for 24.00 plus 9 for the gasket. I also need the temp control knob in the cab, one plug wire guide that attaches to the valve cover. let me know if you have any of this stuff as well.
thanks!!

I really don't have that much, and "my" parts yard is down from 12 to like 1 B-truck, so a B-truck paradise is lost. Now, if you need the round knob for the temperature control switch I should have that (but I don't have the switch). And I've got spark plug wire guide as well (including one fixed with two rivets) and a front guide which I think is for the vacuum advance for the distributor. Anyway, most of the parts I sell is by this way: someone PMs me with an offer, and if I feel it's OK, then we agree on a deal. Specify if you just want the reed valve part or the whole metal air cleaner part.
