clutch pedal?

is there a way to adjust the clutch pedal or cable?
i want it so i dont have to push pedal all the way down for the clutch to come off the flywheel!
if anyone understands what the hell i just wrote please let me know!

The rod that comes off the pedal to the clutch master cylinder is adjustable. If you look under the dash with a flashlight you can see it.

WHICH WAY WOULD U ADJUST THE ROD IF U WANT THE CLUTCH TO GRAB A LIL HIGH?
