Replaced the plugs today - any comments on the old ones?

I replaced the plugs that came in my truck when I bought it used last summer, and put in the same ones as were already installed, which were NGK BPR5EGP. They were working fine and I had no problems, but as I was doing plug wires I thought I'd do the plugs too.

Looks like 1 and 4 have picked up some crud and they have all worn down a bit. Anyone see any issues?

could you post close up pics. how many miles on them?

1 and 4 look like they have some very minor carbon but they all look good. what kind of motor? how many miles on it?

1992 B2200 with a carb, and 145,000 miles. I thought they were OK too, but I was just curious - sometimes other owners see things that I don't.
