Did the center carrier bearing today. Mine was growling at any speed.
You'll need a press. A good bench vise might get the job done as a press.

*Mark relation between the fwd shaft and yolk, the yolk and the rear driveshaft so you can get it assembled exactly as before, so its balanced.
*Remove retaining clips on the U-joint bearing cups (all 4)
*Press out the bearing cups on the AFT driveshaft first
*Press out the cups on the FWD shaft and remove U-joint
*Break torque on the bearing nut.
*Pull off the bearing assembly. Use a 3-jaw puller, air hammer or a punch and hammer. Do not hit the dust shield
*Clean and grease the splines and seal running surfaces
*Press on the new bearing assembly.
*Install yolk flange and torque nut to 116-130 Ft-lb.
*Assemble U-joint into yolk and press in the cups. The bottom cup you can install the retainer on before you assemble, so it will press in and stop.
*Press in the bearing cups into the rear driveshaft and install the clips.
*Torque Driveshaft to axle flange: 20-22 Ft-lb
*Torque center bearing to frame: 27-39 Ft-lb.
