New stuff good.Tires should be balanced already being new.But try jacking up the truck rear and put in neutral.Then place a can about a 1/4 inch from tire and roll by hand and see if the tires and or even the axle shafts are true.There should be no inconsistency in the distance between the tire and the can(aerosol cans are tall and work good).If things are out I would then pull the wheels off and check the axle shafts with the same technique.Unless you have a u joint or carrier bearing showing it's age that is what comes to mind.I had a bent axle shaft and had a nice wobble on one whl,it was bent at the hub area(no idea why).Make sure your wheels are torqued correct remove those lugnuts and double check!I make a point to not let any shop install my whls bc of the issue with aluminum whls getting @#$% up by impacts and improper torque.
