Wiper Motor?

I have a 1988 Mazda B2200 and during the winter the wipers are dreadfully slow, nothing like it used to be years ago.
I have taken things apart and tried to lubricate all that I can and it didnt help.
Am I missing something?
Any ideas?

im sure its just the motor getting week...both of mine do the same thing when its cold.

most likely what jc said depending how long you had the truck, and how often u turn em on. maybe something electrical
