You would have to find out the bolt pattern and see if they would work.

I was more leaning toward the double standard rims. 15 by 8. I'm just trying to figure out the offset that I could/need to use

My wheels are 18x8 with a +25mm offset if that's any help. Here is a couple pics of where they sit in the fenders.
