Anyone have a step by step for me?

I'm assuming you would need an intake and carb distributor and obviously a Carb I'm not 100 percent sure though... After you do put that EFI for sale! People will buy it!

Oh and if you use a stock Carb you'll need a Carb computer and wiring and all that.... I'd go weber personally.

need a distributor also, both manifolds, if using a weber, you could use the efi exhaust manifold.

My question is why would u want to convert? I mean the FI is better on gas and has a like more power. Just saying...

Yeah, I am wondering why one would want to do lots of work and spend a fair bit of money to make less power, and use more gas?

Having owned a stock 88 carb'd B2200 with a rebuilt motor and my current 93 EFI B2200 with a 180,000 mile motor at the same time, the 93 had alot more torque, throttle responce and everything. The 88 did seem smoother though.

One more thing, the washer bottle is on the passenger side of the truck on EFI models, and on the drivers side on the carb models.

I just remembered, the ignition coil would have to be changed over, as well as the EFI fuel pump removed and a mechanical pump installed (EFI pump puts out over 40 PSI, wayy too much for a carb).

Why couldn't you keep the efi pump but put in a regulator to turn down the pressure? Granted that keeps the idea of switching from efi to carb still going without a lot of extra work...
