Hello everyone. My name is Josh and this will be my second post here. I have found a lot of great information so far but i am running into one small problem since i do not see a lot of people doing what i am thinking about.

I will be picking up a 87 B2200 SE5 this weekend and i have major plans for it. I have always been an s-10 person but want something different and something light. Well the b2200's are just that in a 2wd.

So i need to swap the lug pattern over to a 5 lug probable like a 5x4.5 ( Ford )or 5x5.75 (s-10). The reason is i want to run a light set of drag light wheels. I know that a for 8.8 is about an inch wider than the stock b2200 rear end and has a 5x4.5 pattern but what about the front. Just redrill or do they make a hub that is already a 5x4.5 or 4.75. Also an s-10 rear is about .5 narrower than the stock b2200 and the lug pattern is 5x4.75. So any ideas, advice.
Thank you guys very much.

The S-10 rear is more than .5 in narrower than the 2200 rear.
It's more like 4 inches.

Most everyone uses toyota front hubs and spindles...

I am guessing from about the same year Toyota? Sorry if i am asking so many questions. This is not my first build but it is my first build with a non gm product. I have always thought these trucks were neat and looked nice when fixed up some.
I was going to attach a pic but not sure how to here?

Also i should add this lil truck will have a rather healthy 350 sbc with a wiend 144 blower. Motor should be around 475 to rear wheel and blower should add about 100 hp approx. The only problem is that on that blower i had to us e along water pump so less room for radiator.

84-93 i believe.

U will want spindles, rotors, calipers and hubs. Then u will need new control arms or you can go with 5 lug kit to use on stock control arms.

Re drilling is not an issue. We have the capability for that in house. I was just curious what everyone was running. Think i will just re drill the hubs here to whatever bolt pattern i figure out. I will end up running a set of light weight wheels so i am thinking that a set of mustang wheels would be good as long as the offset is right.
