the rearend has been replaced in my 87 b2000 and i replaced the carrier bearing 1100 miles ago and it went out again and thoughts to causes

Idk unless you just got a dud part that failed early.There is only so much adjustment in these and really once the drive shaft is bolted at the rear diff.I have had mine (replaced) once and zero issue with it.I too have swapped rear axles and still fine.I did my rear swap in mar 2011 and good.I guess the part may just be inferior and just crapped out.I maybe overlooking something but,long 12hr day so the above is my thoughts tired as dirt.

thanks but i figured out the cause he put the rearend 3/4inch out of line i measured the wheel base center to center of my hubs and thats what i found
