what jet sizes do u fellers run in your weber, and where are they all at. I think I located two jets, u can see them when u take the filter cover off, they are down in them holes (have to take filter housing off to get to them) they both say 185, so im guessing they are the primary and secondary. according to the tuning specs of a weber, the mixture screws should be between one and two turns, mine likes to be turned out only 3/4 a turn. it runs fine at one turn but anything after that it starts sputtering and hesitating. and also I thought primary was 175 and secondary were 185 or visa versa, I don't know where any of the other jets are or what sizes they should be but if i can get a good idea of what im supposed to have, ill know what to research. thanx in advance and if theres anything else i should know about jetting, throw it at me cause i just bought a weber and slapped her on, im not quite familiar with all the jets yet.

My Weber 32/36 DGEV is running 52 primary idle jet and 45 secondary idle jet, runs fine.

As to the other jet sizes: I've never taken the top of the carb off, 7 years now.

hmmm, these jet things got me confused. im running the weber 38 (should have mentioned this) when I look at the two top jets under the air cleaner down in those square holes they both say 185. im not even sure what jets they are, still trying to research and put it all together but im still stumped. I just know that all of the instructions ive read said the mix screws should be between 1 and 2 turns, mines 3/4 of a turn.

ok so I found out where the main jets are and where the air corrector jets are. the ones I can see by taking off the air filter cover (have to take top of carb off to get to them) are the air corrector jets, mine are 185s. what are yours, and the other ones in the bottom of the float bowl are the mains. im not sure what mains mine has but feel free to let me know what yours are, and my carb is a weber 38. trying to make sure I don't got the wrong jets cause it seems like I do.

my air correctors are 185, my mains are 145. they are the same on each side, where is the primary idle jet?

Primary jets are bigger than the secondary ones, since the primary is open when the secondary come in its just topping up the mixture, sequential carbs are probably different though since they obviously open at the same time and the barrels are even sized

The primary idle jet is on the passenger side of the Weber 32/36 carb, unscrew the brass slotted "holder", don't drop, and don't lose the O-ring !!! Put down a towel if you need to.

The secondary idle jet is on the driver side of the Weber 32/36 carb.

That's for USA trucks with driver on the left.
