Rubber window seals - looking for source

The rubber seals on the outside of the passenger's and driver's windows has gotten rock hard over the life of the vehicle. Does anyone know of a source where I can get some new ones? The windows are almost impossible to roll down. Thanks for the help!

That could be the window channels too. The best to get are the from the dealership... They might be a bit pricey but they will fit perfectly and do the job at hand.

If you want to replace the inside, I have a nice flexible set for a good price - no I didn't post to sell you parts.

Im pretty sure it's the outer seal. If the window is wet it rolls down just fine...a little stiff but it does roll down. If the window is dry...forget it. I'll try the dealer. Whatchoo want for the inner seals?

Did you try aerosol silicone lube spray on the window rubber/seals?

No, the rubber is so freakin hard I just want to replace it. Thanks for the idea though!
