Shakes at 20-30 mph

I have a stock 1990 b2200 5speed 2.2L 2barrel truck. It shakes when you get to about 20mph and it won't stop till you get passed 25-30mph. It does it with the clutch in, the clutch out, accelerating, decelerating, on blocks it always does it and i cant figure out why.

sounds like a tire or two could be out of balance, have u hit any curbs lately? maybe knocked a weight off the rim

I want go in depth on the various things.I would take both front wheels off and get them balanced 1st to rule the low cost item out.I have had weights fly off and heard it hit under the truck several times in the many yrs of owning mine.If after having this done post back fixed or next step to consider/checks.

Rebalance tires, check ball joints and tie rods
