Idle Issue

I have a 1993 B2200 with a Weber Carb. It runs great but it has a weird idle issue. It will idle fine then you can drive it or just hold the throttle around 2k rpm and let off and it will barely idle down or wont idle down at all. If you do the exact same thing and hit the throttle one little extra bump and let off real quick it will idle back down to normal. Anyone have any ideas?

It's your choke spring wound up too tight. Los send the 3 screws, rotate counter clockwise a little bit at a time and test again.
