I can remember a fairly good post on here about the weber conversion kits and exactly which hoses to use and such. Can someone post the link here. I tried searching this morning and cannot find it. Thanks!

Sorry cant help with the link but I can try to help with pictures or whatever else you need to get yours hooked up properly. We have a 32/36 on our project

Choke wire goes to rear of the alternator, so use the stock wire that was there.

One vacuum hose to the distributor vacuum advance.

In one forum i found a picture of under the hood where a guy labeled everything in detail of what you can and can't eliminate with a weber carb if i run across out again I'll let you know

I just installed a weber myself there is a great step by step video on YouTube where a guy ours one on his b2200 that is where i got most of my questions answered, as far as emissions you can get rid of almost all censors and vacuum Lines except you vacuum distributor advance and the charcoal canister which keeps the cabin from smelling like fuel,i have some pictures on my profile of under the hood of my truck on my profile with the Weber carb

okay, got home from work and started with the choke, first checked power to it, ZIP...so i put power from coil to it (it was hooed to back of alt but no power there..) anyhow, choke works now, hesitation is gone completely. tuned carb some, BUT still smells rich out the tail pipe and when i shut it off, and try to start it immediately back, i have to peddle the throttle to get it to start. ideas?

also, for the float bowl vent, i'm going to try to tie that back into the filter housing somehow to keep from smelling the fuel in the cab.
