87 b2200 overheating still, new water pump, thermostat, new headgasket, coolants full... I'm so confused. The radiator doesn't leak, and it isn't clogged. Everything's new, I don't know what else it could be. The fan operates fine not obstructed in anyway. Any ideas?

I went through same issue when i bought my b2200 it's an 88. check make sure your thermostat is in right and seated in that lil lip, also my radiator wasn't clogged or didn't leak at all but it was bad i ended up trading for a new one on craigslist and no overheating since, but i went through everything you did as well. also, silly question is it actually overheating or is it just the gauge reading hot?

Radiator new?

O'reilley sells an all aluminum 2 row for $125 (or there abouts).

What conditions cause it to overheat? Sitting in traffic, at freeway speeds, or does it just always overheat no matter what? Have you checked the fan clutch? Also it could just be a bad temp sender or gauge. If you have an infrared thermometer you can aim it at the thermostat housing to get an idea how hot it really is.

Good questions fogot to ask, also just saying, and many would probably agree, go with the two row radiator, i have one, and my temp hand doesn't even get near the middle of the heat range on extended highway trips or stop n go traffic.
