First time posting on here but been surfing for a while.
I'm looking at putting a weber carb on my 1991 b2200, manual tranny, 2wd.
I was looking at them on redline carburetor's web site. (Read best to go with)
Can you only order from them by phone from them?
My motor is completely rebuilt to oem specs. Stock carb just won't run and need truck for dd. So am considering getting the weber and crossing fingers I can find an idiot to smog my truck to pass it. For the money and simplicity of it, just seems like the best deal.
You think any slim possibility I can get it to pass with the weber.

Thanks in advance for sny replies.

Redline Weber is a distributor, so buy the kit from an online retailer, just make sure it's the genuine Redline Weber kit.

Search for Weber installation tips here, sand the adapter blocks absolutely flat is a huge tip.

I've run Redline Weber 32/36 DGEV since 2005 on my '88 B2200, like it.

As to passing emissions, depends on your state/area. I had to route vacuum hoses from one intake port to another because inspector didn't like the ports just capped off. Some were capped off from factory but only visible with the smaller Weber air cleaner.

Some have made a false top for the Weber air cleaner from the stock air cleaner so an inspector thinks it's the stock set up. That's sneaky, and a great idea.

I got mine from Weber Carbs Direct. Kit was great. Easy as pie.
