Whats up guys, its been a while since ive been on here, I sold my last 2wd b2600i with caddy wheels and a year later I missed my mazda so I bought this 87 4x4 b2600 for hauling and such.(You can never go wrong with these trucks because they will take a beating and keep going). Anyways, I know most of you are more into 2wds but I was hoping to get some help with a 4x4 issue.
Information. 87 b2600, 4x4, carbureted, 5 speed, self locking hubs.
The truck drives fine in 2wd, but when I get out and lock the hubs in and start driving forward I get a clicking sound in the right side (near the axle or tire) every full turn of the wheel forward. It doesn't seem to pop when turning left or right, just forward. The axle boots due seem to have wear and maybe a drop rot here or there, is it possibly ive lost all grease inside the boots and I just need to replace? The more answers the better, thanks for the help in advance.
