Well I was noticing a vibration at idle since I bought it, but I just thought it was a 4 cylinder thing, well when I was hooking up the tach, as I was testing which wire to use off the coil, I looked down and saw that the pully off the crank was wobbling.. So I pulled the pully and the crank timing gear off.. Found that the key way was worn down and broken.. So I replaced that, put the timing gear back on, got it in time and cranked the truck.. No vibrations.. So when I put the pully back on it was wobbling again.. So that's why I think its the harmonic balancer..
