Today this outlet right off the thermostat housing broke off. It was a metal tube that a rubber hose attached to and it feeds a metal pipe under the throttle body and I guess it cools it. Any ideas on how to fix? I'm thinking I may have to tap it and screw a nipple of sorts in there. Any ideas?

Yeah I would think drilling and tapping it would be my first attempt. Just try and keep the diameter size up near what the fitting was initially, or u could have coolant flow issues. I do t see why it wouldn't work though.
